La Bottega dei Fiori delivers throughout the city of Florence and the surrounding areas. For orders made via e-mail, delivery is free. For all other orders, delivery fees apply. Within the city of Florence, the delivery cost is 5 euros. For locations outside the center of the city, rates vary and are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Deliveries are made within 24 hours. Requests for delivery must be made at least three days in advance. Payment should be effectuated at the Italian post office, and a fax confirming payment is requested.
