Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino is one of the city’s main cultural venues, with contemporary spaces designed for concerts, premieres, galas, institutional and corporate events. Foyers, halls, terraces and representative areas offer an elite frame for special occasions, often with international guests and brands. Here the event floral design must converse with architecture, lighting and guest flows without creating obstacles.
When I work at Teatro del Maggio, I start from the role the event needs to play: gala, representational dinner, corporate event, institutional appointment. I help you understand where to intervene – foyer, lounge areas, catering spaces, gala dinner – and with what intensity, so that the compositions can dialogue with materials, brand identity and the overall direction of the event. Every project is born from listening to the management, events office or agency, in balance with technical timings, number of guests and budget, with event floral design that supports both experience and communication.
