Elopement in Val d’Orcia – Floral Design

This page documents a floral project created for an elopement photo shoot in Val d’Orcia. The work used natural botanical textures and warm tones in relation to the open landscape and the changing light of the Sienese countryside.

For an intimate setting like this, the floral design can focus on a small number of elements, from the bouquet to a table for two, without needing to compete with the landscape. Scale, materials and colour need to work with the setting while remaining practical to produce and install.

The atmosphere shown in these photographs can become a point of reference for another elopement or event, but it is not a formula to repeat. Every new project is reinterpreted in relation to the place, season, light and practical requirements.
